ALUX ALFT-24200 24V 200Ah LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Battery
ALUX ALFT-24200 is a 24 V (25.6 V) 200 Ah LiFePO4 deep-cycle battery storing 5,120 Wh, with 200 A continuous charge and discharge, 300 A for 10 seconds and 3,000 W of discharge power. At 520 × 269 × 220 mm and 39.5 kg it replaces a 24 V lead-acid bank in solar, RV, marine, golf cart and floor-machine applications, and is rated for at least 3,000 cycles.
Product Overview
The ALUX ALFT-24200 is a 25.6 V (24 V class) 200 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery that stores 5,120 Wh in a 520 × 269 × 220 mm case weighing 39.5 kg. It is built as a lead-acid replacement: a 24 V bank is normally two 12 V 200 Ah blocks in series, and this single pack drops into the same space with the same nominal voltage while cutting the weight to roughly a third. Continuous discharge and charge current are both 200 A, peak discharge reaches 300 A for 10 seconds, and the pack delivers up to 3,000 W, so inverters and motor loads that were sized around a lead-acid bank keep working without a change of plan. Rated cycle life is at least 3,000 cycles, and the case is IP50 with an operating window of 0 °C to 50 °C on charge and -20 °C to 60 °C on discharge.
Key Features
- 3,000-cycle service life — the pack is rated for at least 3,000 cycles, against the 300 to 500 cycles a lead-acid block delivers before capacity falls away, so a replacement is pushed years down the line.
- 39.5 kg for 5,120 Wh — a 24 V 200 Ah lead-acid bank of the same capacity weighs roughly three times as much, so one person can lift this pack into a cabinet, boat locker or battery box.
- 520 × 269 × 220 mm case — the footprint is close to a pair of 12 V 200 Ah blocks, which keeps existing trays, strapping and cabling runs usable in most retrofits.
- 200 A continuous, 300 A peak — 3,000 W of discharge power covers inverters, traction motors, hydraulic lifts and other loads that stall a smaller pack.
- Wide operating window — charging from 0 °C to 50 °C and discharging from -20 °C to 60 °C suits cold stores, unheated garages and outdoor cabinets.
- 8S1P cell architecture — eight 3.2 V 200 Ah cells in a single series string, so there is one balance path and fewer busbar joints to service.
- Communication-ready — a communication function can be configured for intelligent battery management where the installation calls for monitoring.
- Certified for export — CE, FCC, UN38.3 and MSDS documentation is available with the shipment, which keeps air and sea freight bookings straightforward.
